International Announcement, for Immediate and Unlimited Distribution:
On this 24th day of April, 2014, we Round-op Alpha – a special international non-governmental justice agency and sovereign, legal person – issue 14 Public Notices of International (Citizens’) Arrest (.PDF format) to and against members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
The Public Notices are issued to and against R-oA2014-listed individuals for the purpose of their immediate arrest for questioning and trial, in the matter of crimes against humanity and their nations. the R-oA2014-listed individuals are known to actively and knowingly conspire in well-planned efforts and constructions to consolidate power and resources – with the intention to establish a world government which would provide them with full immunity from any form of prosecution regarding their past and future crimes – and are therefore, according to Round-op Alpha, collectively guilty of crimes against the sovereignty of their respective nations and against humanity as a whole, i.e.:

• High-level brigandage: Looting of public wealth; oppressing of populations; attacking the rights to good health, education, personal/national sovereignty and real security; the murdering in name of corporate profits; democide; psychological warfare; (eco-) terrorism – which deliberately jeopardizes any attempts for world peace and causes regional, cultural tensions, armed conflicts, forced poverty and the decay of the public’s health, the public order and society as a whole.

Round-op Alpha hereby requests any and all law enforcement agencies of the respective nations, as well as all our Representatives to assist in the proper execution of the arrests of the 420 R-oA2014-listed individuals.
Law enforcement officials who are not affiliated with Round-op Alpha are protected by their national constitution, by international law and by their professional mandate during any and all of their efforts to properly and peacefully execute the aforementioned arrests since their sworn duty is to uphold the law of their land.
Round-op Alpha Representatives are protected by the Deed of Establishment of Round-op Alpha and the Declaration of Sovereignty of Round-op Alpha during any and all of their efforts to properly and peacefully execute the aforementioned arrests.
Any and all issues regarding the legality of Round-op Alpha S.I.N.G.J.A., our activities and the issuing of the Public Notices of International (Citizens’) Arrest must be addressed to Round-op Alpha.
